WASHINGTON, DC—Attached please find the press release issued November 4, 2005 by Senator Olympia J. Snowe’s office voicing her disapproval of a decision by the State Department to meet with Mehmet Ali Talat, the self-declared president of the “Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.”
